Who is responsible for your data
Adam Campbell trading as hai there is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. For data processed as part of the voice agent service, the firm using hai there is the data controller and hai there acts as a data processor on their behalf.
What data we collect and why
This website
Waitlist sign-ups. When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and email address. This is used solely to contact you about hai there. The legal basis is your consent.
Website analytics. Squarespace may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, time on site, device type) to help us understand how the site is used. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Refer to Squarespace's privacy policy for details.
The voice agent service
Call audio and transcripts. When the voice agent answers a call on behalf of a customer firm, the audio from that call is processed and a transcript is generated. This data belongs to the firm using the service. We process it on their behalf under a signed Data Processing Agreement.
Knowledge base information. During setup, firms provide information about their services, staff, opening hours, and call handling preferences. This is used solely to configure the voice agent for that firm.
How long we keep data
Waitlist data. Retained until you ask to be removed or the waitlist closes.
Call data for active customers. Retained for the duration of the contract to support ongoing tuning of the call flow.
Call data after a contract ends. Retained for 90 days after the contract end date, then permanently deleted.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data or share it for commercial or marketing purposes.
Call audio and transcripts are processed via ElevenLabs, the platform that powers the voice agent. ElevenLabs acts as a sub-processor. This is disclosed in the Data Processing Agreement signed by each customer firm before the service goes live.
This website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may process data incidental to hosting and operating the site. Refer to Squarespace's privacy policy for details.
No other third parties receive personal data collected through this website or the voice agent service.
International data transfers
We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA. If you have questions about where specific data is processed, contact us at the address below.
